SETCAST is a program that covers over 175 governmental meetings for the Southeast Texas Regional Council of Governments. Students record these public meetings that air on local cable systems in Port Arthur and Beaumont.
The program records meetings for the following entities:
SETCAST provides the community an outlet to be informed about local government and allows students to interact with government officials and develop as media professionals.
