海角社区’s College of Graduate Studies will host its 2nd Graduate Research Conference on March 28 at the Setzer Student Center, 海角社区, Beaumont, Texas.
We invite you to join us for coffee and tea at 8;30 a.m. in the Setzer Center Ballroom A. Dean Brett Welch will open the conference at 9 a.m. followed by a day of presentations, posters, workshops, and a keynote lecture by:
Mathematics and Statistics Professor, Dr. Katarina Jegdic
"Mathematics, Machine Learning, and Applications"
A free pizza luncheon for graduate students will be offered after the lecture.
There is no entry fee, so come participate in workshops on writing a literature review, teaching gifted learners, AI ethics, and the use of AI for graduate work as well as other technology-focused special sections, including sessions on Amelia Earhart and twenty-first century discoveries, and AI and Oppenheimer, the film.
Our schedule is nearly full, but we will accept submissions through Feb 15, 2024.

NOTE: Graduate Student research is our primary focus. We welcome submissions for all Graduate Student led research regardless of topic.
